At our Interplast plant we expand and mold expanded polystyrene (EPS) into blocks 4’ X 16’ X 22” which are ideal for construction or safety applications. These blocks are shaped by hot wire for customized roofing, wall or insulation purposes.In roofing application, panel sloping, size and thickness can be achieved according to drawings or plans. EPS is also the ideal material for pre-fab light walls and road light-weight fill and ground stability purposes.
